Primal Risk - Website and Store Terms

1. What we do. Primal Risk publishes blogs, videos, and other digital content and sells T-shirts, apparel, and other merchandise online. We do not offer in-person courses or training services.

2. Content is for information and entertainment. Our blogs, videos, and other materials reflect opinions and experiences. They are not personalized advice, professional instruction, or a substitute for qualified supervision.

3. Safety comes first. Some content may show activities that involve risk or require specialized skills, equipment, or supervision. Watching or reading our content does not qualify you to perform those activities. Use sound judgment, follow applicable laws, and seek qualified instruction when appropriate.

4. Be respectful. When commenting, submitting content, or communicating with us or other members of our community, please remain respectful. We may remove spam, threats, harassment, unlawful material, or other abusive content and restrict access when appropriate.

5. Respect our creative work. Unless otherwise credited, our original articles, videos, photographs, graphics, and designs belong to Primal Risk or its licensors. 6. Product information. We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, sizing information, and prices. Colors and appearance may vary slightly between screens and actual products. Please review the product description and size chart before ordering.

7. Orders and payment. Please provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment is required at checkout. Prices, availability, and promotions may change. If we cannot fulfill an order or identify a material listing error, we will contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected order and refund any payment collected.

8. Shipping and delivery. Shipping charges and available delivery information are provided at checkout or in our shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund options required by law.

9. Returns, exchanges, and order changes. Please review our posted Return and Refund Policy before purchasing. That policy describes eligibility, deadlines, and any restrictions disclosed before checkout, including those for customized or made-to-order items. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once production or fulfillment begins. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us resolve the problem. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

11. Use merchandise as intended. Follow any product care instructions and safety warnings. Our apparel and ordinary merchandise are not protective or safety equipment unless expressly identified as such.

12. Third-party links and recommendations. Our content may link to third-party websites, products, or services. Those businesses operate independently and have their own terms and policies. We will disclose paid sponsorships or affiliate relationships where required.

13. Privacy and updates. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use personal information. We may update these terms and will post the revised version with its effective date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce rights associated with earlier purchases.
